
Tracey Woodham, Head of Audit & Claims Operations, joined Arcadian in 2013. With a career that began in 1985 at Lloyd's Syndicate 561/566, Tracey has held key roles within the insurance and reinsurance industry, contributing significantly to claims oversight and regulatory compliance.
She has conducted and assisted on over 100 Third Party Administrator (TPA) claims audits on behalf of Lloyd's and Company Markets, bringing a deep understanding of claims oversight and governance.
Tracey possesses in-depth knowledge of Lloyd's regulatory framework, including Minimum Standards MS2, MS9, and MS11, now part of the Principles for Doing Business at Lloyd's. She specialises in ensuring adherence to Principles 4 (Claims Management) and 5 (Customer Outcomes), reinforcing best practices in claims handling.
In collaboration with Ian Simes, Tracey plays a pivotal role in the peer review of all audit reports prior to issuance. Her expertise in TPA governance, operational processes, and procedural compliance makes her an integral part of Arcadian's audit and claims operations.
