Tracey Woodham

Tracey joined Arcadian in September 2013 & has just celebrated 10 years service. She started her career back in 1985 with Lloyd’s Syndicate 561 / 566 & has held numerous roles within the industry.  

Tracey has conducted & assisted on over 100 Third Party Administrator ‘TPA’ claim audits on behalf of the Lloyd’s & Company Markets. 

In addition, Tracey has an in-depth knowledge of the Lloyd’s Minimum Standards MS2, MS9 & MS11, now being the ‘Principles for doing business at Lloyd’s’ with specific reference to Principles 4 - Claims Management, & 5 - Customer Outcomes.

Tracey along with Ian Simes undertakes Peer Review of all reports prior to issuance as she has developed a comprehensive knowledge of TPA Governance, processes & procedures.
