Sarah Newman began her insurance career in 1992 at CE Heath before advancing to senior claims roles at Aon and Endeavour Insurance Services. As the former Chief Operating Officer of SSL Endeavour (now OneGlobal), Sarah has a wealth of experience in claims operations and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Arcadian in April 2022, Sarah worked for a leading Canadian Third Party Administrator, maintaining close engagement with Lloyd's Market and Coverholders. She played a key role in compliance, due diligence, and audit processes, reinforcing her extensive knowledge of global claims management.

Sarah has been an active participant in Lloyd's Market claims groups and is fully proficient in various Lloyd's claims platforms, including ECF, Lineage, and the Delegated Audit Manager (DAM) system.
