Sarah Newman

Sarah has over 30 years’ experience in the Lloyd’s Market, having started her career at the Lloyd’s Broker, CE Heath, before gaining senior claims positions at Aon & Endeavour Insurance Services. She was previously the Chief Operating Officer of the merged company, SSL Endeavour (now OneGlobal).  

Before joining Arcadian in April 2022, Sarah spent two & a half years working for a respected Canadian Third Party Administrator where she continued to be engaged with the Lloyd's Market & Coverholders, & was involved with auditors, due diligence requirements & various other aspects of Regulatory Compliance, 

Sarah has participated in Lloyd’s Market claims groups & is fully conversant with various  Lloyd’s claims platforms, including ECF & lineage, as well as the Delegated Audit Manager system (DAM).
