Paul Le Boutillier joined Arcadian in 2021, reinforcing the firm's Coverholder Audit expertise, particularly in the Australian market. He brings extensive underwriting and leadership experience across multiple lines of business, including Property & Casualty, Financial Lines, Marine, and Specialty risks.

Before joining Arcadian, Paul was a key member of the APAC leadership team at AXA XL Catlin, where he played a pivotal role in developing the Asia-Pacific portfolio. During his decade-long tenure in Australia and Singapore, he focused on underwriting strategy, risk assessment, and portfolio growth.

Paul began his insurance career in 1986 and has held diverse roles spanning broking, underwriting, and claims. His early career involved broker operations, leading claims teams, and later transitioning to global client management. He has overseen in-house MGAs and binder policies, bringing an expert understanding of underwriting, compliance, and risk mitigation.
