Paul Le Boutillier

  Paul joined Arcadian in 2021 to strengthen our Coverholder Audit offering especially within & around Australia. He also adds depth & experience to our team for Underwriting Peer Reviews. Paul has underwriting & leadership experience in multiple lines of business. Before joining Arcadian, Paul was on the APAC Leadership team of AXA XL Catlin, writing P&C, Financial Lines, Marine & Specialty lines globally. He spent 10 years in Australia & Singapore developing an Asia Pacific portfolio.

Paul has 35 years industry experience across a variety of roles. Initially involved within the Broker operations team Paul quickly progressed to lead the claims team for 5 years.

He moved onto producing & placing roles within the broking team dealing with clients from all parts of the world. He oversaw in-house MGAs & binder policies & is expert in the underwriting, broking, claims & compliance aspects of these contracts.
