Mark Pocock began his insurance career in 1993 and brings extensive multi-class and territorial claims handling experience across Property, Casualty, PI, Construction, Engineering, Travel, and Motor insurance. He has managed complex claims across the UK, Europe, and the US, including major catastrophe-related cases.

Fully qualified as ACII, ACILA, ACI (arb), and FIFAA, Mark is a highly experienced professional conversant with all Lloyd's claims platforms and systems. He plays a key role at Arcadian, strengthening the TPA audit team and expanding expert claims peer review services to the London Market.

Mark has held a variety of senior positions across the industry, including loss adjusting in Florida, operational management for delegated lead claims at Xchanging, Claims Manager for a Lloyd's Managing Agent, Executive Director of a UK loss adjusting firm, and overseeing vendor management & compliance in the London Market.
