Mark joined Arcadian to strengthen the TPA audit team & expand the Expert Claims Peer Review offering to the London Market. He is ACII, ACILA, ACI (arb) & FIFAA qualified & is fully conversant with all Lloyd’s claims platforms / systems.

With over 30 years multi class & territorial claims handling experience in Property, Casualty, PI, Construction, Engineering, Travel & Motor insurance, Mark has handled numerous Large Complex claims emanating from the UK, Europe & US, including major CAT related cases.

He has held various senior roles including.

• Loss Adjusting in Florida 
• Operational Management for delegated lead Claims within Xchanging
• Claims Manager for a Lloyd’s Managing Agent
• Executive Director of a UK Loss Adjusting firm
• Vendor Management & Compliance in the London Market
