Expertise in Claims Peer Review & Operations

Gemma joined Arcadian in August 2023 and has over 11 years of insurance industry experience. She performs Expert Claims Peer Review on behalf of several leading Lloyd’s Syndicates and assists the team on different projects.

Gemma gained most of her insurance experience at Endeavour on the broking side, where she developed extensive knowledge of ECF/CLASS and Lineage in her role as a claims handler, predominantly for Canadian clients. Working for Guy Carpenter, she then extended this knowledge to reinsurance claims from around the world for Bureau and Non-Bureau clients.

Prior to joining Arcadian, Gemma spent 12 months at Advent Insurance Management, where she utilised their Expert Fees platform.
