Ami Carter joined Arcadian in September 2022. She began her career in the insurance market in 2003 at Dickson Manchester Brokers and has since built deep expertise working within Managing Agent environments. Her focus includes handling claims across North American Property & Liability Binders with a strong emphasis on compliance and operational efficiency.

Ami’s career has included key roles at Xchanging, Corrie & Partners, Tysers, Marketform, Canopius, TMK, and Maxwells. Her comprehensive understanding of claims processes, auditing, and regulatory requirements has made her a valuable contributor to Arcadian’s peer review and assessment services.

Prior to joining Arcadian, Ami worked for four years with a prominent Canadian Third-Party Administrator as a London Claims Consultant, where she managed Loss Funds, conducted Peer & Static claim reviews, and operated across ECF & Lineage platforms to drive performance and control.

Ami is also responsible for overseeing the Medicare project. She and the team work diligently to ensure compliance with local regulations and to deliver exceptional service and support to the Managing Agents.
