Arcadian adds to list of Market Services - We can offer more than traditional audit and peer review services, owing to the careful recruitment of our staff, many of whom have previously held senior claims positions within syndicates and/or London Brokers. Our team are equipped to assist Brokers with short or long-term claims projects, provide claims cover for staff shortages, conduct reviews of internal procedures and/or claims files to ensure regulatory compliance, or even supply training on Market systems such as ECF and Lineage.
In addition, to the recent recruitment & build out of Arcadian's offerings we are delighted to be welcoming Ami Carter to the Arcadian team as a Senior Consultant wef 12/09/2022. This further reinforces our unrivalled commitment to the expansion of our Expert Claims Peer Review & Delegated Claims Administrators ‘DCA’ & ‘TPA’ Audit capabilities.
Sarah Newman becomes Head of our Canadian TPA & Coverholder Audits & brings a wealth of governance expertise. Ian Mallery joined on March 1st 2022 as a Senior Consultant. Ian brings over 45 years claims expertise and will further strengthen the Arcadian team. Other recent additions include Michaela Barker & Holly Matthews who both joined in September 2021. Paul Le Boutillier was brought in on 4th May 2021 to head up our newly established Australian Coverholder Audit & Underwriting Peer Review unit.
Our Senior Consultants are all competent on ECF & have extensive adjusting experience across multiple business classes.
As the current situation evolves, Arcadian remains in a position to promote a remote ‘business as usual’ attitude & invite our clients to call on us should they be experiencing much higher than usual claim volumes & difficulty managing any extra workload associated.
Arcadian Corporation Limited have been trading since March 2003 and are a wholly independent company, providing specialist services and advice for a select number of clients, with whom we intend to build long term relationships.

The key practitioners employed by Arcadian have in excess of 200 years combined market experience within Lloyd’s Syndicates, Independent Insurers and Broking Houses.

Effective 4th May 2021 Arcadian has brought in Paul Le Boutillier to conduct Underwriting Peer Review for Lloyd's Managing Agents & Companies. This service will also be extended to Australia & the Asia Pacific regions.
